Easytoon/ eztoon is a software used to make a black white animation and saved as a gif file.
Maybe you are familiar with it
Making one of this is easy, all you need to do is download one of easytoon program [here], you can choose many versions of it but i suggest the 1.9.9 version(you can't open a higher versions of eztoon file in a lower versions)
Then you are ready to make animation like this.
